Terms of use.

1. Who and what

nightengines.com (the "Site") is run by Michael Angeles, trading as Night Engines, Athens, Greece ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The Site describes our services and lets you contact us or book a call. It doesn't sell anything and has no accounts. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on the Site.

2. Using the Site

You may read the Site, share links to it, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not:

• copy or republish its content, design or code in bulk
• interfere with how the Site works
• scrape it in a way that burdens it
• use it for anything unlawful

We may change, pause or take down any part of the Site at any time.

3. Ownership

The text, design, illustrations, animations and code of the Site belong to Night Engines, unless they are credited to someone else. The names and logos of other organisations shown on the Site belong to those organisations. We show them only to describe past work, and showing them doesn't mean they endorse us. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

4. Information, not advice

The Site describes what we do and what we have done. Descriptions of capabilities are not promises of a particular result for your business. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal or financial advice, or an offer that can be accepted. We take care to keep the Site accurate and current, but we can't guarantee it is complete, always available, or free of errors.

5. Third-party services and links

The Site links to other websites and, if you allow it, embeds Calendly for bookings. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for their content or how they run.

6. Liability

The Site is provided free of charge and "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site, or from relying on its content. This includes lost profits, lost data and business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. That includes liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, and any rights you have as a consumer under Greek or EU law.

7. Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy policy, and what the Site stores in your browser is set out in our Cookie notice.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.

9. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute about the Site. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings there.
